Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Jean received a B.A. from the University of Maryland in 1979 with honors in History. She graduated cum laude from Gonzaga Law School and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1982. In 1987 she was admitted to the United States District Court and the Oregon State Bar.

Jean held a position with the City of Spokane Prosecutor's Office from 1980 to 1981. She was promoted in 1982 to the position of City Prosecutor. In 1983 she joined a Seattle law firm, Burns & Ricketts, where she practiced law until 1986. That same year, she joined Trujillo, Peick, Lingenbrink & Magladry, P.S., where she was a principal until 1997 when she joined Charlotte Weigel to form, Magladry Weigel, P.S. Magladry Weigel, P.S. was renamed MW Injury Resolutions in May of 2008.

Jean is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and an Eagle member of and frequent speaker for the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, formerly serving on its Board of Directors. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association.

She is a prior member of the Washington State Bar Association AIDS Task Force, served on the Northshore YMCA Board of Directors and is a contributing member of the Northwest Women's Law Center. In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys and a Gold member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association.

Jean places special emphasis in the areas of employment, discrimination law and personal injury, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and products liability. She also has experience with cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury.

She resides on the Eastside with her husband and two sons.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 1981. For the following eleven years, she worked in the legal field as a paraprofessional with emphasis in the areas of real estate and plaintiff's personal injury. Charlotte received her legal education through the Law Clerk Program administered by the Washington State Bar Association pursuant to Admission to Practice Rule 6 and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1992. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Western Washington.

Upon admission to the Washington State Bar, Charlotte accepted an associate attorney position with the firm of Peick, Lingenbrink & Magladry, P.S., where she worked until 1997 when she joined Jean Magladry to form Magladry Weigel, P.S. Magladry Weigel was renamed MW Injury Resolutions in May of 2008.

Charlotte is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Washington State Bar Association. Additionally, she is an Eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and a Gold member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association. She is a past volunteer attorney with the Eastside Legal Assistance Program.

Throughout her career, Charlotte has devoted her practice to representing injured parties in negligence claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and products liability. She also has experience with cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury.

She has been a resident of the Seattle area since 1969 and currently resides on the Eastside with her husband and two sons.

Cheryl has 40 years of experience in all aspects of personal injury and medical malpractice on both the plaintiff and defense sides.

Kaye Cole, Litigation Paralegal

Kaye has worked in the legal field in various capacities, including legal secretary, paralegal and office administrator, since 1977. She joined MW Injury Resolutions as a paralegal in 2000 and has primary responsibility for all files which proceed to litigation.

Louise Freymann, Litigation Paralegal

Louise has 15 years of experience in the legal field. She has managed all aspects of litigation from initial case intake and evaluation through trial. She has conducted electronic document review and analysis, drafted pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery and supporting documentation. She has served as liaison with clients, courts, opposing counsel and various administrative agencies.

Christy Klein, Paralegal

Christy has extensive experience in personal injury claims adjusting and providing claims handling services (case analysis, investigation, litigation support, mediation preparation and participation, and negotiation). She has also provided consulting and expert testimony regarding insurance industry policies and procedures, bad faith issues and violations of the Washington Administrative Code.

Teri Justice-Sinclair, Legal Intern

Teri graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Justice in 1999. She is currently a Rule 9 Legal Intern, and is in her fourth year of the Law Clerk Program administered by the Washington State Bar Association. Prior to joining MW Injury Resolutions, she worked in the legal department of a major health insurance carrier for almost 8 years, handling complex personal injury cases, medical malpractice claims, and class action suits involving claims for product liability.
